Have a medical question that doesn't need an urgent appointment? Use the eConsult feature to ask your doctor directly and receive a response as soon as they've reviewed your query. Note that eConsult is for non-urgent matters only; if you're uncertain about a serious or life-threatening condition, always call your GP by telephone.

Security and privacy are built in from the start. Your identity is verified by your practice before activation, and you'll receive a one-time verification code via email or SMS. You then set a personal 5-digit PIN to protect your access. All communication happens through a secure connection, and your data is never shared with third parties.

Getting started is straightforward: download the app, find your practice, and either log in with existing patient portal credentials or request a new account. Once your practice approves your registration and you've entered your verification code and PIN, you're ready to go.
